Project Workshop on Developing the Concept of a Far Eastern Construction Cluster
On November 22, 2021, the first Far Eastern project workshop brought together representatives of the construction sector in the region for a strategic session to discuss the concept of an industrial cluster for building material production in the Khabarovsk Territory.
The “Cluster” conference was the inaugural event aimed at developing effective solutions to address the challenges faced by the region’s construction industry.

Svyatoslav Murunov, author of the "Network City Model" methodology and an expert on network models, moderated the seminar. Murunov is a recognized expert affiliated with institutions like the Higher School of Urban Studies, HSE, and the Strelka Institute, as well as companies such as Norilsk Nickel and Rusal.
