Khabarovsk Residents Decide What the New Embankment Will Look Like
In November last year, the engineering company "DVPI" presented Governor Mikhail Degtyaryov with a concept sketch for the future extension of Khabarovsk's embankment, stretching from the River Terminal to the new flood protection dam near the Brosko Mall shopping center.
According to the designers, the new section will become a social and cultural space that continues and connects existing areas already established as popular attractions and leisure destinations. However, the question, "What will the longest river embankment in Russia look like?" will also be answered by the residents themselves.

As part of an urban development study utilizing social design technologies, the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory and the "DAK" design bureau invite Khabarovsk residents to join the process of creating a concept for this modern urban space and share their opinions.
