The project involves the construction of a multi-level shopping center with a facade designed to accommodate advertising banners seamlessly.

The building has three main entrances. Two are located on the ground floor facing Chernorechenskoye Highway, while the third is on the second floor, leading directly to the hypermarket lobby.

An open parking area is planned on the site, separated from pedestrian walkways for safety and convenience.
