Overview
The "Mountain Village" hotel complex is located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk near the "Gorny Vozdukh" ski resort. The project concept aims to create an alpine village-style environment within the winter resort.
The complex includes:
  • A multifunctional center with commercial spaces, dining areas, and administrative offices
  • 23 chalet-style cottages of four different types for guest accommodations
  • A guardhouse
The design emphasizes a sense of community, with pathways connecting the guest cottages and creating unique routes that blend natural panoramas with residential areas.

Landscaping and Facilities
The project prioritizes the preservation of the natural environment, integrating mini-parks within the spaces between cottages.
  • Central Area: Features a children’s playground and a barbecue zone for relaxation and entertainment.
  • Elyanka River Valley: A lake is planned in the valley running through the center of the complex. This lake will serve as a reservoir for artificial snowmaking on ski slopes and as an ice rink for visitors during the winter.

Architectural Style
The alpine village aesthetic is reflected in the complex's architecture:
  • Guest Cottages: Designed with overhanging eaves and two-level facades—stone cladding on the lower level and stucco with wooden accents (e.g., beams) on the upper level.
  • Windows: Panoramic windows span the full height of the exterior facades, with frames that mimic the appearance of natural wood.

"Mountain Village" offers a harmonious blend of modern amenities and natural surroundings, creating a unique and picturesque destination for resort visitors.
