The centerpiece of the first floor is a spacious two-story gym equipped with state-of-the-art professional fitness equipment.

Design and Surroundings
The facade is finished with materials that mimic the texture of natural wood, harmonizing with the surrounding park environment. The main facade features full-height windows, providing natural lighting and creating an immersive experience for gym users, as though they are part of the park.
A parking area is located between the building’s entrance and the main road, separated from pedestrian walkways by a green barrier. The project includes paved pathways connecting the gym to the park’s existing walking trails, ensuring convenient access.
