The building has a simple, clear form with a small rectangular projection emphasizing the main entrance. It is an 11-story structure with a technical attic and a basement, covering a total area of 11,265 m², with dimensions of 21.3m by 48m.

Architectural Features
The architectural design is modernist, harmonizing with the surrounding buildings.

Facade:

• Ventilated facade system by U-kon.
• Large-format ceramic tiles by Kerlites in two colors: rich beige and dark gray.
• Curtain wall glazing by SCHUCO integrated into the ventilated facade for added expressiveness.

Interiors:
The facade’s color palette continues inside. Workspaces are designed in cool, calm tones, while common corridors and stairwells use warmer shades.

Lighting:
All rooms intended for regular occupancy are equipped with natural lighting.
